Solus Design does not share, sell, trade, broadcast or publish any personal contact information, business information or financial information for any reason. The information requested is used only for our administrative and support purposes - so that we can contact you accordingly regarding your inquiry or quote request.

We appreciate your business, and strive to maintain our business as one of integrity, moral values, and efficiency to the utmost of our ability.

Contract Conditions:

We reserve the right to hold an up-front deposit of up to 50% of any quoted price for web or print design. This ensures our safety as well as yours, as fraudulent transactions and dealings occur very frequently within the scope of today's internet realm.

We will commence working as soon as the initial deposit is recieved. The rest of the quoted balance will be due immediately upon completion. We will upload the site or deliver the goods immediately upon reciept of the final balance. Our rates will never be above or below our quoted rate, although taxes may apply. The quoted price does not include extra options at any time throughout the project's construction (ie. Flash, etc.).

Under extreme circumstances, if a project involves an unreasonable amount of additional work or adjustment, or if the client is being unreasonable in terms of deadlines and expectation, we reserve the right to cease all operations and keep the initial deposit as a small compensation for any lost work, time or other expenditures.
